Am 6. Oktober ist GFK-Aktionstag in Deutschland. Auch in Oldenburg gibt es ein kostenfreies Angebot zum Schnuppern: \u201e\u201aGewaltfreie Kommunikation\u2018:\u00a0 Ist das was f\u00fcr mich, f\u00fcr meinen Alltag, in Familie und Beruf?\u201c\u00a0 Von 14 \u2013 16 Uhr\u00a0 begr\u00fc\u00dfen zwei Ehrenamtliche des DRK-Begegnungszentrums in der Kaiserstra\u00dfe 19 interessierte Mitb\u00fcrgerinnen und Mitb\u00fcrger.\u00a0 Es geht um einf\u00fchlsames Reden und Zuh\u00f6ren, wie es Marshall B. Rosenberg weltweit vermittelt hat, als Chance zur Konfliktl\u00f6sung und besseren Verst\u00e4ndigung in jedem Lebensbereich. Bei Bedarf wird von den Ehrenamtlichen in Englisch und Arabisch \u00fcbersetzt.<\/em><\/p>\n

Mit diesem Text hatten wir in der Lokalzeitung und in einem Verteiler des DRK geworben und 5 G\u00e4ste sind unserer Einladung gefolgt. Wenige, aber f\u00fcr die Rahmenbedingungen nicht schlecht: ein Sommerwarmer Samstag, Herbstferien und obendrein Kramermarkt, das j\u00e4hrliche Traditions-Vergn\u00fcgungsereignis vor Ort.<\/p>\n

Wir platzierten unsere G\u00e4ste\u00a0 um so einen Kreis von Gef\u00fchls- und Bed\u00fcrfniskarten\u00a0 [dies ist nicht das Originalfoto vom 6.10.] auf Sitzkissen bzw. St\u00fchlen. Wir, das waren H. aus dem Nordirak, der dort als junger Student mit Mitteln der NVC Konfliktmoderationen in einer Gesellschaft im Kriegszustand gemacht hatte, und ich, Mediatorin, die in den Luxusbedingungen des friedlichen Deutschland mediiert und supervidiert. Neben vier Herkunftsdeutschen, die gezielt gekommen waren, hatte es einen syrischen ehemaligen Mathematiklehrer zuf\u00e4llig zu uns gesp\u00fclt. Auf die Eingangsfrage: Was hat Sie zuletzt ge\u00e4rgert\/erfreut? kamen gleich sehr pers\u00f6nliche Antworten, anhand derer wir Empathie \u00fcbten und die zwei intensive Stunden und\u00a0 auch transkulturellen Austausch entstehen lie\u00dfen. Durch das Simultan\u00fcbersetzen ins Arabische bzw. Deutsche ergab sich besondere sprachliche Achtsamkeit und gegenseitige Neugier auf Unbekanntes. Die Karten, die aktiv genutzt wurden, um Empathie mit sich und anderen zu praktizieren, waren ein Hingucker und halfen die F\u00fclle von Gef\u00fchlen und Bed\u00fcrfnissen sichtbar zu machen. „Gibt es denn hier \u00fcberhaupt Gewalt?“ fragte unser syrischer Gast gleich zu Anfang \u2026<\/p>\n
